Shipping policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

During high volume periods (sales, holidays), processing times may be longer.

Shipping Rates & Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Domestic Shipping: We offer free Economy shipping on orders over $500, with the option to select Express for $30. Orders under $500 have the option of Economy shipping for $15 and Express for $30.
  • International Shipping: At this time, we do not ship internationally. 

You will receive your shipping options (standard, express, etc.) with estimated delivery times at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to [24–48 hours] for tracking information to become available.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Émeline is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. Once your order leaves our facility, liability transfers to the shipping carrier.

If your order is missing or arrives damaged, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

Address Changes & Errors

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that a correct and complete shipping address is provided at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

If you notice an error, please contact us immediately at hello@emelinenb.com with the subject line URGENT SHIPPING. While we cannot guarantee changes after checkout, we will do our best to assist.

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Time Frame: Returns are accepted within 14 days (2 weeks) of the original purchase date.
  • Return Method: All returns will be issued as store credit only. No refunds will be provided.
  • Shipping Returns: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • Condition of Items: Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
  • Right to Refuse: We reserve the right to refuse any returns that are not in their original condition (e.g., damaged, worn, or without tags).

Please note that final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Delays

Unexpected delays may occur due to factors outside of our control (such as weather, customs, or carrier delays). We appreciate your patience in these cases.
